SESSI0N ON CONSUMER BEHAVIOR

GD Memorial College of Management and Technology, Jodhpur organized an insightful Session on Consumer Rights on 14th March 2026 for MBA students to create awareness about their rights and responsibilities as consumers. The session was conducted by Adv. Dr. Sachin Saraswat, who shared valuable insights on the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, fundamental consumer rights, and the importance of consumer awareness in safeguarding individuals from unfair trade practices. Through practical examples and interactive discussions, MBA students gained knowledge about important consumer rights, including the Right to Safety, Right to Information, Right to Choose, Right to be Heard, Right to Redressal, and Right to Consumer Education. The session aimed to empower students with awareness and legal understanding, enabling them to make informed decisions as responsible consumers and future management professionals.
